From my experience, the company has a diverse workforce and a culture where people are treated with respect and encouraged to contribute their ideas. I've worked with colleagues from different backgrounds, experiences, and cultures, which creates a collaborative and supportive environment.

Many collectives, initiatives, events for diversity and inclusion. Good queer representation and overall multicultured workplace. Recruitment and promotion opportunities vary between departments though. My department recently removed a lot of women in leadership. It's a boys-club amongst those up for promotion and those being given work as of late.

Recruitment is indiscriminatory, multiple events held for pride month, the work culture is such that people are allowed to express themselves at work without judgement. Multiple groups like the multicultural mosaic, neuroability group and more make Capgemini more inclusive. Indigenous Australian art is all around the office, with meeting rooms being named after Aboriginal figures. There are also dedicated both-sex toilets.
