Health insurance is covered, I pay another $50 monthly for the next level up. Phone plans are covered up to $90 a month, internet is covered up to $30 a month. You get reimbursed for a desk chair and monitor if you WFH. Also, weekend work is paid at 2x rate. Annual leave isn't particularly good but there's a good bit of sick leave.
