The whole recruitment process was really easy and efficient. After applying for this graduate role, I got a phone call from recruitment which was a really informal phone discussion where she gave a rundown of the company, their values & mission. I got an in-depth rundown of how the interview process works & was also asked a few questions. I believe this was a phone screening. The next step was the actual interview which was a panel group interview. There was 5 of us in the group interview with 5 hiring managers for each graduate role. I personally think the interview should have had maximum 4 candidates.
HR was very receptive to applicants
This was one of the easier processes. One thing I think could be better is that when I applied in my first year, we were not told it was a group interview.
First step is to apply online where you submit CV and resume. Second step is a phone call screening process. Third step (hardest step) is a group interview. Final step is a professional reference check
The interview process was quite easy and relaxing, I was advised that I had an interview in the office, and met with the Recruitment Officer, as well as my soon-to-be boss.
