Overall, I'm lease with my salary. Considering I didn't have prior experience in this industry I believe the salary is quite reasonable for a graduate role. As a graduate, we don't receive any bonus' or additional benefits until we have been at the company for 12 months. We do get discount parking which I really appreciate & we also get reimburse for any work related ubers or expenses. Although no benefits of private health insurance or moving expenses.
I have not received any benefits or leave beyond the minimum statutory requirements.
This is a lower wage than I would like. One benefit we get is to use the gym for free in the office.
As a graduate starting my first corporate job, I am very happy with the salary. There is a free coffee machine, biscuits and fruits provided daily and a great working environment. Also a very beautiful view as I'm working on the top floor of the building.
We have a few perks at CMA CGM, including being able to visit container parks, depots, and terminals, as well as being able to have tours on vessels. Other perks are your stock-standard tea, coffee, biscuits, fruit, and company events.
