Being the Line Commercial Graduate, I have received one on one training daily. This is super beneficial and makes me feel confident in doing my daily tasks.
Not too much, i would like to do some extra stuff like attend trade shows ect. We do have some inside training, but it is not organised very well. The online training modules are better.
The grads are well taken care of when first joining the company. Endless amount of training modules and tasks that really help you learn more about your department and company. I've picked up many excel skills, communicating skills, people skills and analytical skills.
We have plenty of opportunities to receive training, and as a graduate cohort we meet monthly to discuss how we have been travelling and to get advice on what we can do to help ourselves achieve and succeed in the business. I catch up with my boss fortnightly to discuss how I am travelling personally, and to work on anything that I am struggling with whether it be work related or on a more personal level.
