I'm about to wrap up the grad program and have already stepped into a role I'd been aiming for. I've seen plenty of people across the business progress or pivot into new areas, which speaks to how dynamic the environment is. Managers here genuinely invest in your development, both personally and professionally, and are great at helping you map out and set goals towards your next steps.

Being a graduate at Contact means you have a permanent role secured as soon as your graduate programme wraps up. For many of the graduates, this is also a time where they progress from a graduate role to an intermediate role. I believe the promotion possibilities from graduate to intermediate are great but can't yet comment on anything beyond that.

Yes, my team management have been really supportive in creating a role that I was interested in post graduate period. This wasn't a pre-structured process, and was something I needed to seek out myself to land at the level I was interested in.
