Everyone is very understanding and helpful. I'd say the structure is quite flat, although there are some exceptions to the top personnel. In my team, we usually have Finance Hui once every quarter where we will socialise among colleagues throughout those 2 days during and sometimes after work hours.

Everyone I work with is nice and accommodating, especially of all genders, ethnicities and sexualities. Team work is encouraged and I get along well with my coworkers in my team. There are a couple of regular social events organised (pub at the end of a week) that give more opportunities for socialising with workmates.

Everyone is really friendly and socialises during lunchtime. I have not personally been too involved outside of work yet.

No out of office culture except for annual events. Everyone is really kind, open to teaching and sharing, even at senior levels

When the office is busy, it's very social - you can walk up to people's desks and have a chat, and head upstairs to the communal space to have lunch with others. I have noticed that often people will work from home. On these days it can be less enjoyable. There is clear hierarchy, but you never feel any less for being at the lower end (e.g. as a grad). Everyone treats each other the same which makes you feel very comfortable very early on.
