They seem great. But I honestly haven't paid too much attention to this aspect. Employee retention seems to be quite high.

We have a wellbeing network, a pride network, a Maori and Pasifika network, as well as a Women's network to encourage inclusivity. Equity is important to our organisation and this is shown often internally through highlighted articles, initiatives, etc.
