The offices are modern and inviting, with a warm, collaborative vibe. The Auckland location is especially stunning right on the viaduct, with easy access to public transport and plenty of great lunch spots nearby. As for the dress code, it's pretty flexible. You'll see everything from smart to casual, depending on the day and what's on.
My office space is located away from the main office as my team has to work at the project site. All the essential facilities are there, such as clean bathrooms, break room, coffee machine, office equipment, and stationery. There are some other extras for example we get soup and fruits every week during winter, sometimes even food and treats. The majority of my team mostly dress in PPE as we often need to be on-site, but others wear more casual clothing. There is not really a "dress code" so long as what you wear is not inappropriate.
