The process kicked off with a one-way video interview, where we recorded responses to three questions. We also completed a gamified cognitive test—which was surprisingly fun and engaging. Those who progressed were invited to an assessment day in Wellington. It was a great opportunity to connect with other candidates and get a feel for whether Contact was the right fit for us. The day included talks from various speakers about the business, some enjoyable team-building activities, and one-on-one interviews with our potential leaders later in the day.
They were smooth and easy to navigate. I didn't come across any IT problems, errors, or glitches which was great. Communication with Caleb (who was the focal point of the graduate programme recruitment process) went without a hitch and he was very accommodating with arranging a time and platform that would work for my interviews, considering during that time I was in France with a 12-hour time difference.
Simple process, standard CV & cover letter, video interview, psychometric testing, followed by graduate assessment center (that I wasn't able to attend, which was no issue), then an interview with team management
Very organized and fast
