At the end of the programme, you can apply for jobs. It seems common for graduates to go into account management roles, supervisor jobs in the warehouse and starting positions in business areas such as IT, Finance or HR etc. I think there are lots of opportunities to progress also since it is a global company there are opportunities to go overseas.
Working hard and vocalising your interests to mentors and sponsors is important. We have so many great resources that set us up for success and put us in the best position to move into different roles. Graduates are positioned well to seek the jobs they want after the rotation.
The program lasts two years and gives experience in every aspect of the business, and you can browse the internal career site to find opportunities throughout the company. Having your sponsor as one of the Senior Management helps as they can steer you toward opportunities that interest you or fit you best.
It would depend what area of the company you are in but overall, there is good opportunities to progress due to the size of the company. Moving between roles within the business is fairly common and internal candidates are encouraged to apply.
