People are really supportive, helpful and encouraging. However, most people are older and there are fewer young people.
The culture at work is positive. Lots of networking opportunities to meet new people and build relationships with team members. There is a hierarchy and a clear structure, but everyone understands that, as in any workplace. Lots of collaboration within teams as well on various tasks too.
Everyone is very friendly so far, always happy to chat. Higher ups are easily approachable as for us grads. Haven't done much after hours socializing but everyone seems to be friends.
Overall, the company has a great culture with an emphasis on socializing as teams such as getting coffee and other events such as lunches. There is a clear hierarchy of management within the company, but everyone is very approachable.
It definitely varies between sites and offices but overall, it's been very good with no bad experiences. Each department has an end of quarter event outside of work which is always fun. Occasionally you get to work alongside key decision makers higher up in the hierarchy which is always interesting.
