It does seem that a lot of males are in managerial positions especially at higher levels.
Lots of people with different backgrounds and cultures in DHL. It is predominantly male in leadership roles.
I don't think I've seen any specific policies, but the office and warehouse are pretty diverse.
DHL is a diverse business with many different ethnicities and women in management positions. There is diversity and inclusion training as well.
