I think the pay is good as most graduates in New Zealand would be earning between $60,000 NZD to $70,000 base. However, cost of living in Auckland is quite high and if I was flatting it would be a lot more difficult as I would be paying off my student loan on top of living costs.
I think the pay we receive as graduates is positive. Good starting salary out of university.
Feels like standard pay maybe on the lower side compared to other Grad programs. Company offers a perks program with various discounts on different stores/memberships. Leave/sick days are standard.
As a graduate I feel we are paid well for the role. Graduates have 6-month performance reviews and are included in the bonus scheme in their second year.
