Would you like to become part of the world's most international company?
Firstly, you had to submit your CV and Cover Letter. Then there was an online interview. Then it was a full day in-person assessment centre where you had to do group activities and give a presentation on a topic that we chose from a list they gave us before this day.
I thought the recruitment process was challenging but exciting. It was a good way to express yourself and put our best foot forward. Lots of learning about the business as well as getting opportunities to showcase yourself.
First was an online one-way video interview with some standard questions. Then after that was an in person open day with a smaller group from the first interview. The open day included a 5 minute presentation on a top provided by DHL to the Senior Management Team, as well as a tour of one of the sites. Also a couple group games/activities that were based off of communication and teamwork which we were also assessed on.
For the grad program there was an in-person grad day where the shortlist was interviewed. I believe DHL no longer does psychometric assessments but I'm not 100% sure. I had to do my initial interview virtually as I was on holiday and DHL was happy to facilitate this. I then had a follow up in person interview which was more casual in nature.
1. Sent CV, reference letter and academic transcript 2. Short video interview 3. Invited to a graduate day with all the other applicants where we did small team challenges etc. We also had an overview of the role, listened to a few speakers about their experiences as a grad and then had a tour of one of the sites. 4. Presentation and panel interview
