It is 8:30 to 5pm. I think if you asked to start earlier or later, they would be slightly flexible. I don't think you can work from home as you are a graduate learning, and some rotations are based in operations, so you are in the warehouse.
Managers are typically very flexible with work hours. If I have an appointment to attend they are understanding and are happy for you to leave. As long as you work hard and do what needs to be done, they will be more willing. It all depends on each manager you have as well.
No opportunity for remote work at this stage but some departments do it. Employer is pretty flexible when life gets in the way.
As a grad there is flexibility around hours and working from home depending on your rotation.
The hours in most rotations are pretty relaxed. I've left early a couple times to beat traffic or get somewhere I need to be. As long as you're doing the work and putting in the effort Managers generally don't mind. In saying that I have been more than happy to stay behind after hours to complete something urgent or jump online at home to finish something off.
