
All managers have been helpful so far, some are new to their role so they are gaining knowledge and getting better.
My rotation manager is quite accessible. Typically picks up the phone or calls back when trying to reach out. Email is not a good form of communication as their email is filled with many other emails. Good praise and recognition but limited feedback especially in terms of constructiveness. Generally, a good mentor also. Received little to no feedback from Project / Site Engineer (on-site manager) has they were often too busy or uninterested in any mentoring.
