No remote work, on site or in the office daily
I work on site so there's no flexibility in terms of working from home. I work between 8 to 10 hours a day but it depends on the season and the works happening on site.
Work hours are typically 7am - 5pm but is flexible and an early finish can be possible on a day-to-day basis.
