Our work hours are the standard 38hrs/week. You are not expected to work over that. The company is pretty flexible start times as long as you complete your hours and are reasonably flexible with WFH days as well. Because a lot of our work is in the lab, we do not typically WFH but if something comes up, the managers are reasonable about taking occasional WFH days. There are also people who work part time, and the company is flexible about accommodating this as well.
Very flexible, as long as you do your 8 hours, the business is usually very happy for you to arrive as early or later as you'd like.
