None that I noticed, but everyone is treated fairly and equally and provided with identical opportunities to develop and grow.
Diversity efforts are becoming much more noticeable which is great, but there is always more to do!
I have worked with a variety of diverse people but I do not feel that my firm tries to emphasise it - the focus to me seems to be more on performance, with someone's background more of an incidental thing, which is the way I think it should be.
A large portion of the partners are females and so are my colleagues. The office is diverse in its culture and since starting we have celebrated many different cultural events. We recently just celebrated Matariki and had special office decor for it!
