The location is very convenient being centre city, right by britomart square. Dress code is formal, but we have causal fridays which is also nice
Physical work environment is really nice, we have a nice cafe space for eating lunch in, and it has all the stuff a corporate office would have (microwaves, toaster, toastie maker, mini oven, etc). The location of the Wellington office is lovely, it is just across from the waterfront, and having recently moved up to the top floor of our building means that the outdoor area is lovely on the famous wellington 'good days'. The dress code is business attire. There is a dress code policy which provides a helpful base line, although I would say that the Wellington Office tends to be more on the casual side of the policy (which I love). The office also does casual friday, which is fun (and genuinely casual, nice jeans and a top, but dependant on what your day involves).
Physical work environment, location and facilities are all great - no issues. Our dress code is business causal.
The working environment is very nice overall - there is suitable lighting, the office is in a great location and resources are provided (work laptop, desk and screens, phone etc.) Not all the desks are standing desks, which is something that would be good to roll out firm wide.
