I get very very flustered and nervous during any interviews, just not a situation I deal well in but the HR recruitment team and interviewing partners did a really great job of making me feel comfortable.
Chill compared to other law firms, we didn't have to do psychometric testing or record a cover letter, just a standard written cover letter, CV, and academic transcript were required.
The interview process was friendly and the interviewers were welcoming. There were three separate events, which felt like a lot at the time, but was a good opportunity to talk to different people in the firm and get to know a bit more about them.
I didn't have to formally apply to become a Law Graduate/for the Law Graduate role as I was a previous Summer Clerk at the firm, and was extended an offer following my time over the summer. The Summer Clerk process was a lengthy one with multiple stages, but I really appreciated the care taken by the partners and people & culture to get to know us on an individual level, and the clear communication at each stage.
