The structure as an IT consulting company is rather confusing, as management is effectively split between your employer and the contracted client.
Manager interactions are fairly positive
Managers have regular check-ins and make sure I am feeling alright and am working alright with the account I am in. Overall, very positive.
My managers are amazing, patient, and respectful. They make good mentors because they teach very well. They are very casual with communication, performance feedback, praise / recognition.
The managers that I have had thus far have been good mentors, always open to questions and friendly.
