My manager is accessible however very busy, there is limited formal feedback and mentoring.
I've had fairly little contact with my managers so far in my time at DXC. The main manager role I've been interacting with is the run lead for my team, through team standups and going to them when specific issues come up. I haven't had any one-on-one mentoring or feedback from any managers so far.
The structure as an IT consulting company is rather confusing, as management is effectively split between your employer and the contracted client.
Manager interactions are fairly positive
