Very flexible.
Work hours are expected however there is a hybrid location approach.
My team allows flexibility with regards to start and finish times and lunch breaks for me to adjust my schedule to work my hours in the way that best suits me.
Hours are not really policed at all. You can arrive early/late and take your breaks whenever you like. As long as you are doing the agreed upon hours in the end and filing end of week/month timesheets.
Seems to be flexible with start/leave times within reason. Doesn't offer much compensation for extra hours worked though
