I got the graduate role after interning at the company, and have seem many graduates go on to being retained in permanent roles. There seems to be a lot of opportunity for taking on more leadership oriented roles, which seems good,
Ability to join the team I wanted to be part of with a good path in place to continue to upskill and gain more experience.
Currently, for graduate role, we rotate around different teams. There's a chance to be offered a permanent position after the graduate role is finished. I definitely would like to stay in the company after that for a permanent position, but right now it's too early to call.
