There is not much hierarchy followed in the office, with socialising and casual small talk being encouraged. The only thing I would say is sort of lacking is non-work-related activities to wind down or get to know others in a more casual setting.
People are very nice and supportive.
Everyone is super friendly and easy to talk to and morning teas and Friday drinks make for good occasions to chat with people who aren't in your direct team.
People are welcoming, friendly and just generally nice. Even the senior managers are easygoing and always up for a chat if they are available. I think because we are a pretty niche community, people generally are passionate about our goals and willing to share their knowledge.
