The people at Eagle are wonderful, and the biggest reason why working here is so enjoyable. Everybody is super friendly, and I've made some genuine friends here. You can strike up a conversation with pretty much anyone around the office and they will greet you with a warm smile and a good chat. In the office, people can be very chatty but will generally leave you to your own devices if you indicate you are busy. If you get stuck with something, people are willing to help. Generally, teamwork is very high. After hours, there is a great deal of socialising between coworkers across various activities, and you will have no problem joining these activities if you simply express interest. It can be very difficult to foster inter-team relationships as many of the teams are quite siloed, so these interactions are more down to who you talk to in the physical office. This is something I wish was improved upon as there are many wonderful people in the company who I would like to get to know. Within a team, there is typically a " Team lead" Who you will go to for day-to-day problems, who is always very accessible and friendly. They don't feel separated hierarchically which is a big plus.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful to graduates, you can always find someone willing to help you out when you need. On top of that people are willing to listen to your thoughts and ideas despite being a graduate. Overall, I think the workplace culture is so good because of the high emphasis on learning and collaboration.
