A commitment to diversity/inclusion is evident and steadily improving in Eagle. There are people from all walks of life in the company which is part of what makes it such an interesting and fun place to work. It is evident that it is improving as some of the long-standing teams are quite male dominated, whilst newer recruits/teams are more balanced or even female dominated- which is nice and unfortunately rare in the tech industry. I'm not sure if they have any specific policies for this, but the people themselves (for the most part) clearly seem to value this. Some of the people I've worked with are definitely a bit more old-fashioned, but most people in the office are open minded and kind.
Big mix of people, seem very committed to it.
