Management is extremely open and responsive. Most managers work from office and are available to chat and provide guidance. They also regularly check if I am having any difficulties with the work.

Our managers are nice and friendly, and I personally don't feel intimidated if I want to talk to them. Ever since we started our rotation at each team, they have been extremely helpful and approachable.
