Easy people to talk to that care about you as a person as well as a member of staff. Great mentors throughout the company at all levels and everyone is easy to approach and communicate with regardless of the teams.
Everyone is pretty approachable, and good communication is encouraged to avoid misunderstandings or dissatisfaction.
Management feel a bit separated from the rest of the team(s). Though management are all super lovely, they can be incredibly hard to get a hold of. They are very busy, often away travelling, and even when they are in the office, they are separated into their own office space, making it feel a bit harder to approach them. They are also much less involved in the social culture of Eagle - at least from what I have seen - though this might be by design. However, when you can see them, they are really friendly, and super receptive to your ideas/concerns etc. They take the time to praise those who perform well, but I do wish they took more time to hear about the day-to-day woes of the workplace. They are also definitely much more people-focused than GIS-focused, so while they are good mentors for people skills, they aren't well-suited to mentoring you for your day-to-day job.
Both managers are kind and motivating, they give a sense that you are valued and respected as an employee.
