The work is incredibly varied; a reflection of how varied Eagle's clients are. You are certain to find something that fits into one of your interests somewhere along the way. In support, you are working with many different clients to help troubleshoot and fix technical issues that arise across the ArcGIS platform. I find this rewarding as I enjoy helping others, and you are directly helping support the work of individuals across many wonderful companies with meaningful objectives, such as councils, NGOs, environmental/sustainability companies, etc. In technical solutions, you mostly work as part of the " Pre-sales" Process; helping to pitch ArcGIS as a product to potential new (or existing) clients. I enjoyed this work less as I am not particularly motivated by sales-based goals, but it can be a great creative outlet as you have the opportunity to build products/solutions to demonstrate to a client to fit their specific needs. It can also be interesting presenting to so many different companies and industries.
During the graduate program so far, I have been working in the customer support team. This has been meaningful work as the team has made me feel very much a part of it and because fixing customer issues and Identifying problems in the software is a very satisfying process.
