Dress code is work appropriate attire and tidy but not too formal. Office is a lovely place to work, warm, modern and comfortable with great facilities.
Centrally located, smart layout and nice second floor views. Business casual dress code.
Open plan, nice kitchen and outdoor space (spacious balcony), very nice education centre downstairs. Dress code is business casual. Some people lean more into the casual side and it's not a problem. We have casual fridays though as well.
The office is generally quite pleasant to work in. The location is in Wellington CBD which is fantastic- so handy for grabbing your favourite foods or getting some chores done at lunch! I tend to walk to the beach on my breaks which is awesome. There is a coffee machine and a nice supply of snacks/soda/tea for the employees, with milk (including alternative milks) provided. On Fridays many employees tend to get together to have an afternoon drink (also provided). Each office uses a " Hot-desk" System- though in practice, most employees have a desk that they use everyday and even decorate. It is really only the employees or WFH/travel a lot that use the hot desk system. Due to this system, the office can be very busy when lots of people come in - the volume took me a while to get used to working alongside. On other days, the office can be really quiet due to leave/WFH (particularly in early January). The dress code is business casual, but again, as long as you are dressed appropriately for a work environment, anything goes. I like to dress a little more colourfully than the average person and have never infringed the dress code - so just be yourself!
The Wellington office is fairly modern and not too big or small. Dress code is probably not quite business casual but close to that. You don't have to wear a collared shirt, but many people choose to, or you can just wear a smart t-shirt, jackets etc. I would avoid hoodies and graphic t-shirts though.
