The office has a decent recycling scheme, although this was introduced during my graduate programme year, so it is very new. Generally, I don't find sustainability to be a big focus at Eagle. I'm not even sure if there is a policy for sustainability. Many people travel frequently, and most of the time this is air travel which is very carbon-intensive. I don't know if they pay to offset the carbon of these flights, or invest in some other similar scheme, but that would be good. Eagle does work with a lot of sustainability-focused clients.
