I think the layout of the graduate program is well structured to nurture learning both independently and collaboratively with own projects and courses that help develop prior skills and learning new ones. Great mentoring throughout so you don't feel alone in the process of starting a new role with weekly catch ups and people always available to answer questions.
All grads attend a 6 week geospatial accelerated learning programme aimed at bringing emerging spatial professionals up to speed with esri products. Followed by a rotation through the main teams to get exposure to the different arms of the business.
There are many training courses available to the public throughout the year but as an employee you are also allowed to and encouraged to attend if there are spots available (which there usually are).
There are an insane amount of training and develop opportunities offered in the graduate role at Eagle. The first six weeks of the programme are dedicated to GALoP- an intense course covering many areas of GIS, which transformed my GIS knowledge from pretty much nothing to work-ready. Once you start working, you have access to the Esri training catalog. You will be asked to complete some courses, but otherwise you have free will to choose what you want - which is so helpful for covering any weak spots. During the year, you also have the opportunity to attend many of the training courses Eagle offers across many different subjects. You will also be placed on graduate-specific training courses that teach you about areas such as ArcGIS Enterprise, Experience Builder, Survey123, as well as soft-skills for the workplace. Each team you join also has training for the specific role, though this training can be applied beyond Eagle (e. G.: working with clients, public speaking, troubleshooting a problem) etc. You will have many opportunities to recieve feedback, especially after finishing up in a team, after attending events, and on development/review days.
The first six weeks of the graduate program are an intensive training program, followed by on-the-job training and additional training courses littered throughout the rest of the program.
