My work hours are quite flexible especially when it comes to being sick and working from home as well as when unexpected issues arise.
Grads can work from home if needed, but being in the office is encouraged.
Super flexible which I love. If you start early, you can leave early. As long as you do the expected hours and your work gets done you can manage them how it fits you best and the same goes for remote work.
I am contracted to work 8. 30-5 each day, but there is wriggle room in either direction of these hours, as long as you fulfil your 7. 5 working hours per day. Eagle is very flexible when it comes to working hours and arrangements. If you have an appointment during the day, you are able to attend it without worry. Many employees work around e. G. School drop offs/pick ups, doctors appointments - some even work around gym classes! As long as you are meeting your required responsibilities and working reasonable hours, anything seems to go. Working from home is also very popular in the Eagle office. I have one regular WFH day each week, many have several, some only WFH when required (i. E: they are sick, looking after their child, have an appointment, etc.). WFH days can be negotiated as a graduate after settling into your first placement in the company post-GALoP, but you could enquire about this even sooner if you needed to.
Pretty flexible schedule. A large amount off employees would be considered hybrid remote. For the first six months however you'd want to work completely from the office, Monday-Friday and 40 hours a week. Normal work hours: 8:30am - 5pm
