Currently, I'm in the office five days a week, but if there's any appointment or other situations, our team is flexible enough to accommodate that. Hours-wise, as long as we fulfil 7.5 hours per day, there's no set time to arrive/leave (I usually arrive before/at 9 am)
My work hours are quite flexible especially when it comes to being sick and working from home as well as when unexpected issues arise.
