The interview process and assessments compared to the other Big 4, I would honestly say EY was the best. With EY, I did not feel overwhelmed when I was interviewed and it did not feel like I was interviewing for a Big 4 as the interviewers being a partner and senior were both extremely friendly and encouraging.
