The pay at EY is moderate, it is okay considering it is matching the market conditions. However it could be better, but I believe the benefits that EY provides does make up for the pay discrepancy. The benefits would be wellbeing incentive that we get one off per year and most often than not our coffees and meals are occasionally paid for by the members in our team.
