Everyone is very friendly in the office, and it never seems like there is any sort of hierarchy. People from other teams are also very happy to take some of their time to help answer questions I might have about their particular industry,

Everyone is nice and welcoming and always ready to lend a hand. Reporting supervisors are great to work with. They are always ready to help, hear your ideas, and are great to plan projects with.
There are virtually no barriers to who I can talk to within the company. Higher ups in the organization are very approachable and we are encouraged to do so. The socializing among colleagues is great and everyone is always willing to lend a hand!
There are much less young people than at other places I have worked. This does contribute to FMA feeling less social than other places I have worked. Nonetheless, everyone is extremely friendly and cooperative.
