Pay is quite good for an internship. Also get "FMA days" over the Xmas break that aren't public holidays which ensures we get paid over that entire period.
Great pay for my entry level business job
The pay is great, and I am truly thankful that the FMA do pay their interns because the work they do add great value to the company. However, I could suggest that they could raise the salary for interns just slightly - say between 63,000 - 65,000. The projects we get to work on a quite important, and I can see the great insight and benefits our projects can help our team with so I think the salary could better represent this. But again, super happy to work with a company that recognizes their interns' efforts and appreciates their time so overall really happy with salaries at the FMA but just a slight raise would be great.
With my FMA pay I have been able to afford to live fairly comfortably. Could not ask for more.
I am satisfied with my pay as an intern. I have heard from young people at my firm that FMA has excellent remuneration for those early in their careers. It seems that pay for those further in their careers is in line with the public service.
