At the very start, we were given trainings and overviews of virtually every aspect of the company which made us understand how the organisation operates and how different teams work together.
Very succinct onboarding process however, I believe it would be better structured if it was as a five-day onboarding with a schedule so I could get stuck into work.
Training was well planned out and was easy to access in my own time. However, I think a bit more training with using their customer management tool would have been helpful, but it was still easy to navigate.
The training program was solid but naturally these things can be a bit mundane. Informally I learned a lot of skills, especially about economics from my team. Some of my colleagues have years of experience working in the industry and it was invaluable to be able to talk and learn from them.
I have picked up strong skills with knowledge management processes, such as using the evidence database. I have also developed my legal research and writing skills.
