The culture at work is great. Everyone is very generous with their time and willing to lend a helping hand. While there is a hierarchy, when working in a team it never feels like you are talking to someone way above you. There is lots of friendly banter and often with the work we do, collaboration is a huge must! We all work on one system so its important that we are working together to make it all run smoothly. Every Friday there are also after work drinks where people get together and hang out after a long week.
The people are very friendly and the culture is strong, with a lot of extracurricular actvities outside of work, and a lot of people are friends outside of the workplace too. The hierarchy is relatively flat and aside for the executive team, everyone works together regardless of level and people are good at cooperating.
