The workplace culture is pretty good, people are very kind and friendly and happy to chat and help out. There's a lot of cooperation and teamwork going on, and the company is invested in keeping this culture, with things like Friday drinks and funded team events.
There is a very flat social hierarchy, and you can generally just go up to anyone to ask questions. The company pays for beers, non-alcoholic drinks, and snacks every Friday.
Co-operative and very minimal hierarchy. My opinion and work are valued as a graduate, with lots of responsibility if you prove you can handle it. Friday beers allow for socialising and stopping for a chat in the office is encouraged.
Everyone is super friendly and generous, often offering to help out or get involved with projects. Every Friday there is company funded drinks and snacks after work in our Social kitchen. This helps people mingle and socialise across sonority levels. Eg, Junior Engineer with Chief Engineer.
