There are many opportunities for diversity here. We have celebrations for different cultures, there are clubs for different diversities, and lots of mentoring opportunities. Because engineering is typically male dominated, there has been a big push for a more equitable hiring process and support for females at work. This includes a club, mentoring, and maternal support.
