The managers are very accessible. They sit close to us and are always walking around helping out. We have one on ones with our managers each week and have a quarterly performance review where you can discuss anything that concerns you or vice versa. They are very approachable and are great at providing feedback including praise.
My managers are very easy to talk to and are approachable whenever I have issues or need feedback. I am also able to get recognition from my immediate managers, but often this does not get relayed higher up the chain.
Managers provide quality feedback and are generally very knowledgeable. Weekly and Quartey reviews help steer work in the right direction and allow review or positive and negative aspects. Sometimes don't always provide information from internal/upper management in the most efficient way.
Functional leader is often very busy and because my work is considered low priority it can take time to get response as other stuff takes priority
