The managers are great, they are good at communicating and make you feel valued and heard in the team. You have a meeting once a week with your manager to check in on the work you're doing and how you're going, and they're also very happy to talk. The only issue is they are so frequently in so many meetings that it can be hard to organise a time to talk to them. They also won't really give feedback unless you ask for it, and are specific in the topic you want feedback for (eg just asking for feedback doesn't really work, needs to be related to something)
My manager is very accessible, gives good useful feedback, and ensures to include a "health share" section at the beginning of all team meetings to recognise what people have done well.
There is good and bad, thankfully everyone has the opportunity to lean on many leading figures rather than just their direct report.
They are all great mentors and are all able to give good feedback
