I did a video interview where I answered questions in a video format, then an 'in person' interview (except it was online) with the functional leaders of my team, and after that they offered me a role as an intern. At the end of my 10 week internship, they offered me a returning role as a graduate.
Good interview process, the screening asked (for the only time in my job search) questions actually set by the company (and not generic questions from the recruiting platform). There was one online one-way screening and a single interview that included an interview with HR and a manager (likely the one who you will work for, but not in my case), a technical interview, and some time with just the year before's graduates. They were really understanding when I had some minor technical hiccoughs.
I got my graduate job during my internship
Due to having already done an internship, I was able to contact the Talent acquisition partner and my old Team manager directly to skip most of the interviewing steps.
