The pay and benefits offered are below average for graduate roles in my field, and also isn't reviewed as often as other companies (eg most other companies I know do 6 month pay increases based on performance and inflation, whereas ours increases after a year to match inflation and doesn't account for performance). The leave policy is generous, it's the standard 4 week but they are very relaxed about taking leave when you want to and also taking unpaid leave for a longer holiday. The free friday drinks are a nice perk.
Pay is fine, benefits are minimal but reasonable.
