I think that the pay and benefits in my role are generous. Along with a generous pay, there are many grad events throughout the year and team building opportunities. Over the 6 months this has included bowling, laser tag, and plenty of free food. There is also often free food available for everyone in the social kitchen.
Student loan fast repayment- the company matches upto 5% of base salary to pay off student loans faster for graduates. Staff discounts on Fisher & Paykel and Panasonic products (50%).
The benefits of having discounted deals on appliances and Grad events is great but the pay is definitely lacking and very structured for graduates without reflecting the individuals work for the first two years which makes it not great to look forward too.
