To be honest I don't really know, we have people employed to look at that but I'm always shocked by how much waste we have/how many good products we throw away because we can't legally sell them, but I don't know if that's just the nature of how big companies work.
There is a good commitment to reducing environmental impact, coming mostly from packaging and designing products with a long service life and good energy efficiency.
It's talked about and some people work on it, but it is not a focus.
We have clearly communicated carbon goals, which have been tackled by initiatives across the company. From electrification of our delivery fleet, to adding environmental cost to the standard design constraints, the company is only slightly behind target for their 2050 goal.
