There is a constant supply of courses and learning opportunities available to us. They are also very open to providing you with help for any skills you may feel are lacking. I personally was able to get access to Linkedin learning and was able to complete many relevant courses that I felt I lacked knowledge in. I work in a team with many senior engineers so I am always learning from them and they are always happy to help when needed. When starting, you are set up with a buddy and they are there to help you first get started and answer any questions you have. This doesn't stop as a graduate, there are always mentoring opportunities to continue learning.

The company has a well developed training program, early career programs and also has a buddy system for new starters to learn. They also provide the opportunity for employees to complete further study such as diplomas in specific fields and training courses provided by external teachers. The company also has its own internal E-learning database that is filled with a huge range of topics that people are able to access at any time, as well as a WIKI page that has many learning resources. Another initiative is the trhive learning program that partners people in earlier stages of their career with more experienced mentors.

Good team training options available but sometimes can be a bit basic or low level opportunities for technically advanced areas. Good development opportunities with weekly and quarterly performance reviews and feedback

More formal CAD training would be beneficial coming from using other programmes. Not much in the way of extra training has been offered yet.
